Our full-size LED marquee letters, numbers and symbols stand an impressive 3 feet tall, making them large enough to command a room without overwhelming your event space. Width varies depending on the individual letter, number or symbol and the phrase you choose. We also carry a complete collection of 15-inch mini marquee letters, giving us even more freedom to create custom phrases, stacked designs and layouts you won't see everywhere else.

Depending on your phrase and venue, we can create ground displays, elevated displays, double-stacked designs, multi-level installations and combinations using our full-size and mini letters. We love taking a simple phrase and turning it into a full statement installation.

Our specialized marquee stands allow us to elevate and stack certain combinations, creating a much larger visual impact without requiring an extremely wide footprint. Our team will determine the best configuration based on your phrase, available space and event design.

Absolutely! This is one of the BEST parts of our LED marquees. Our lights are controlled through our smart devices, allowing us to customize individual letters and create different color combinations throughout your display. We have over 180+ preset colors and lighting effects available. Want one word pink and another turquoise? Team colors? A full rainbow effect? We can do it! We can even create select effects that pulse and react to music for the ultimate party atmosphere.

We can program your display with color-changing and moving effects before we leave, but the lighting settings cannot be manually changed by the client once installation is complete. We strongly recommend that you or your designated event contact be present while we finalize the lighting so you can give us the thumbs-up before our team leaves.

YES — and it's just as cool as it sounds. Certain LED effects can be programmed to pulse and react to the music playing at your event, turning your marquee display into part of the party itself. It's especially fun for Sweet 16s, school events, dances, corporate parties, sporting events and any celebration where you want to turn the energy all the way up.

Yes. Our LED marquees require access to a designated standard electrical outlet within 50 feet of the display. If you're planning an outdoor event or aren't sure whether power will be available near your desired installation area, let our team know during the planning process.

Absolutely — weather permitting! Our marquees can be installed outdoors on an approved, level surface, but certain conditions may prevent us from safely setting up. These include high winds, wind gusts exceeding 15 MPH, heavy rain, snow or other unsafe weather conditions. Our marquees can withstand light rain, but all outdoor clients are required to have an approved backup plan in case the original setup location cannot be used. Safety always comes before the setup.

We can install our marquees indoors or outdoors on a variety of LEVEL surfaces, including grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, sports courts and indoor venue flooring. For the safety of your guests, our staff and our equipment, we unfortunately cannot install on gravel, loose rock, dirt or uneven surfaces. Not sure about your setup location? Send us a photo and our team can help make a recommendation. We reserve the right to relocate or decline an installation if the requested area is determined to be unsafe.

That depends entirely on what you want to say! Because every letter and symbol has a different width, the overall size of a marquee display can vary significantly. Once we know your phrase, our team can calculate the approximate dimensions and help determine the best layout for your available space. Limited on room? Don't automatically count the marquees out — stacking, elevated displays and mini letters give us tons of flexibility when designing for smaller spaces.

Yes! For custom marquee layouts, our team can create a digital mockup to help you visualize the proposed configuration, proportions and overall look before your event. This is especially helpful for stacked displays, specialty layouts and larger installations.

100% YES. Balloons + marquees are basically best friends. KK Party Co. offers full-service balloon installations that can be designed specifically around your marquee display for one cohesive finished look. Already working with another balloon vendor? That's okay too! We allow outside balloon professionals to install balloons on our marquees as long as they follow our required attachment guidelines. Failure to follow our rules or damage to the marquees may result in additional charges to the client.

Yes. All marquee rentals require a 50% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking to officially reserve your marquees and add your event to our calendar. We will NOT hold the inventory until the retainer has been paid. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled event. If your event is within 7 days at the time of booking, the full balance is due to reserve your inventory.

The sooner, the better — especially if you have your heart set on a specific phrase. Our marquee inventory is shared across all events, which means popular letters, numbers and specialty symbols can book quickly on busy weekends. We recommend reserving your display as soon as your event date and phrase are confirmed. Last-minute requests may still be available but are subject to inventory, scheduling availability and applicable rush fees.

All outdoor events are required to have a backup plan. If weather conditions make the original outdoor location unsafe, we will work with you to utilize your predetermined indoor or covered backup location whenever possible. Weather-related cancellations do not qualify for a refund, and additional options will be handled according to the terms of your rental agreement. Reschedules are subject to availability. Event credits may be offered.

We do! Every marquee installation is professionally delivered, installed and removed by the KK Party Co. team. Our displays are carefully positioned, powered and secured based on the environment and configuration. For liability and safety reasons, marquee rentals are not available for customer pickup or DIY installation. Important note: once your marquees are installed, they must NOT be moved, adjusted, or repositioned by anyone other than our team. If our crew arrives for teardown and any letters have been moved, a $500 fee per letter will be applied. Please do not touch, move, or adjust the letters at any time — you get to enjoy the statement piece, and we handle the heavy lifting from start to finish.
